What we collect
- What you tell us: name, email, phone, the routes and dates you want to fly, your price ceiling, and anything you write in the notes field.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers — we store a token, the brand and the last four digits.
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser and pages viewed. We use your IP's approximate city to show flights near you, which is accurate to roughly a metro area, not an address.
Who it goes to
The operator who flies you. When a flight is confirmed, the operator receives the manifest: passenger names, seat counts, contact details, and any notes relevant to the flight. They need this to carry you legally and to reach you if the departure moves.
Stripe, to take payment. Nobody else. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass your details to operators who did not win your flight — an operator sees a pool's passenger count and committed revenue, never who the travelers are, until they have accepted it.
Other travelers
People sharing your flight do not see your name, email or phone number through Encore. The public flight board shows counts and prices, never identities.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as we need them for tax, accounting and dispute purposes — generally seven years. Requests that expire without matching are kept for two years so we can tell you what happened. Ask us to delete what isn't legally required and we will.
Your choices
Email flights@encorediversified.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop us emailing you about anything other than a flight you have booked. We answer these ourselves; there is no form.
