Demand that already has money behind it.
Every pool on the Encore board is a group of travelers who have named a route, a date window and a price, with a card on file. You see the passenger count and the revenue they cover before you decide whether to answer.
What you're bidding on
One number: the charter total for the whole aircraft. How that splits across the travelers is our problem, not yours — you are paid the number you bid regardless of how the manifest fills.
If no combination of travelers can cover your number, nothing happens and you are told what the pool can actually support. No silent rejections, and no negotiating against a wall.
Conditional acceptance
The board's most useful feature and the reason flights close overnight. Instead of watching a pool, you post: “$14,000, once it's worth $14,000” — or once it reaches six passengers, whichever you prefer to key on.
The bid sits live. When the pool crosses your threshold it fires by itself, the travelers are charged and confirmed, and you get the manifest. Nobody had to be at a desk at 11pm.
The seats that fill afterwards are yours
A flight you accept with empty seats stays open at the price it cleared at, and every seat sold after that point is revenue on top of your bid. Encore does not take a cut of it.
That is deliberate. It is what makes a marginal flight worth accepting: bid the number that makes it break even, and let the upside come from the seats the board fills for you.
What we ask of you
- A current FAA Part 135 certificate, in your operator's name.
- Operational control of the flights you bid on. We arrange; you fly.
- A firm departure time set in the portal once you win a flight — travelers get it the moment you enter it.
- Telling us early when a flight can't go. Weather and mechanicals are part of aviation; silence isn't.
What it costs you
Nothing. No commission, no listing fee, no subscription. Encore's fee sits on the traveler's side of the transaction, where they can see it. Your bid is your revenue.
Getting approved
An operator account sees real traveler demand — routes, dates and what people have committed to pay. So a person checks the certificate number before the board opens to you. It is usually less than a business day, and you'll get an email either way.
Add your fleet as soon as you're in. Every bid names the aircraft you would fly it with, and the seat count on that aircraft is what caps the manifest.
